Position Overview:
•        Manage product testing certificates and technical documents in public folders;
•        Prepare documents( ppt, excel, word, etc) for meetings and notes, general technical documents preparation and translation;
•        Support manager on daily jobs like payments communication, meeting arrangements, guest acceptance and entertainment arrangements;
•        Support engineers on samples preparation, CAD drawings, technical documents translation; testing loop arrangements, SAP BOM and Drawings  download and upload, and other labor tasks;
•        Manage business unit engineering stationary and other stuffs;
•        Surf on internet to develop supplier, customer, competitors information to manager and engineers
Minimum Qualifications (Experience, Education, Training, etc.):  
Required General Experience:  
•        Capacity to work in complex environment, and to support high challenges
•Demonstrate strong team working spirit and effective communication
•ro-active Initiative and strong sense of responsibility
•Sufficient capability of communication in English both orally and written
•CAD skill, e.g. Inventor, AutoCAD, Pro-E

Background / Education Requirements
Education Level:
•Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering

Major/ Specialty:
•Excellent communication skills including fluent English and ability to organizing thoughts and articulate them.
•Hard working and “can do” attitude.
